Select properties are offered to our clients, interested clients select a property for investment

SPV COMPANY CREATION

Clients (Investors) are added as shareholders in a SPV company (Special Purpose Vehicle) specifically created to own the selected property

Property Purchase & REgistration

The SPV company officially buys and owns the property, and investors are co-owners who own shares based on their relative investment. Property is registered with the authorities (Dubai Land Department) and Title Deed is issued.

Renovation

Necessary approvals are obtained from Developer and Government, to be followed by full renovation, with efficiency guided by #AI, to achieve the target level aiming to achieve the highest ROI.

SELL THE PROPERTY

A professional marketing plan is built and executed aiming to achieve the target Sale price and maximizing shareholders' equity (ROI).

Pay Dividends 🙂

Sale proceeds after discounting any expenses (Government, commissions, ..) are distributed among the SPV shareholders as dividends.

PROJECT COMPLETE

The SPV Company is officially disbanded and project announced complete.

What if Market is Slow 🙁

If the minimum target price is not achieved due to market conditions, the property is rented short or long term (based on shareholders decision) until market picks up, then it is reintroduced to the market for Sale.
